Most illogical thing i find is that when i watch other players race at high speeds, their cars turn so sharp. Going 400+ km/h and turning almost 90 degreed turn, has no problems for them. But when i try to do same, anything higher than 4th gear, my car seems to only have turning circle under 5 degrees, meaning i just fly off the track.

Did all of the cars in the example runs of the video have anti-lag? Because then I would have to conclude that to do Insane Mode, anti-lag is a staple with the speeds that are required to do all these xD
